Accepting these terms

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Omachi Innovation Private Limited covering the Dostii app and dostii.app. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Dostii.

Your account

• One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.
• Register with a phone number you control. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Give accurate information. Impersonating another person, using someone else's photos, or faking age or gender is grounds for a permanent ban.
• Tell us at info@dostii.app if you think someone else has accessed your account.

How you must behave

Our community guidelines form part of these terms and describe what is and is not allowed in detail. In short, you must not use Dostii to:

• Share sexual content, nudity or sexual acts on camera, or solicit sex or paid companionship.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, abuse or demean anyone, including on the basis of gender, caste, religion or region.
• Involve, depict or seek anyone under 18 in any sexual context. This results in an immediate permanent ban and a report to the authorities.
• Record, screenshot or redistribute another person's call, voice or images without their consent.
• Ask users for money, run investment or job scams, promote gambling, or advertise other services.
• Post unlawful, hateful or violent content, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
• Use bots, emulators, modified clients or automation, or attempt to reverse engineer the app.
• Buy, sell or farm coins outside the official in-app purchase flow.

Coins, purchases and earnings

Coins are a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access features inside Dostii. They are not money, not a deposit, not a stored-value instrument and not transferable outside the app. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency except through the host payout programme described below.

• Coin rates for calls and gifts are displayed in the app and may change with notice. Coins already bought are not revalued.
• Purchases are made through Google Play or our listed payment partner and are subject to their terms as well.
• Coins do not expire while your account is active, but are forfeited if your account is deleted or banned.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our refund policy.

Hosts and payouts

Verified hosts can convert gifts received into payouts at the rate published in the app, subject to a minimum threshold, identity and bank verification, and deduction of applicable taxes and TDS. Payouts are withheld where we reasonably suspect fraud, coin farming or guideline breaches. Being a host does not make you our employee, agent or partner.

Moderation, suspension and bans

We may review reported content, monitor calls automatically for safety signals, remove content, limit features, suspend or permanently ban an account where we reasonably believe these terms or the guidelines have been broken, or where it is necessary to protect users.

Where practical we tell you what rule was broken and give you a way to appeal by writing to info@dostii.app within 30 days. For severe breaches — child safety, non-consensual imagery, credible threats — we act immediately and without notice, and unused coins are forfeited.

Content and ownership

You keep ownership of what you say, write and upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit and display that content for the purpose of operating, moderating and improving Dostii, and to retain safety records as described in the privacy policy. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies kept for legal or safety reasons.

The Dostii name, logo, app design, software and all related intellectual property belong to us. You may not copy, modify or create derivative works from them.

What we do not promise

Dostii connects adults who choose to talk to one another. We verify identities and moderate actively, but we do not conduct background checks and we cannot guarantee anyone's intentions, statements or conduct. You interact with other users at your own risk, and you should never share financial details, home address, OTPs or intimate images with someone you met here.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and calls depend on your network and device.

Limitation of liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss arising from the conduct of another user or from your decision to meet or transact with someone offline.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the [6] months before the event giving rise to the claim, or [₹5,000], whichever is higher.

Ending your account

You can stop using Dostii and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end or suspend your access for the reasons in the moderation clause, or on 30 days' notice if we discontinue the service. Clauses on content licence, coins, liability, indemnity and governing law survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go first to good-faith discussion, then to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Bengaluru and conducted in English. Subject to that, the courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified in the app at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Dostii after that means you accept them. Questions: info@dostii.app.
